If a product does not meet your needs, request a return within 30 days of delivery under the rules below.
How to start a return (required)
Email xuanalien16435.63dragon@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. We reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer (this is not a free-return program), unless the return is due to our error — wrong item, defect, or incomplete shipment. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Eligible returns
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all original tags, seals, and packaging (when provided)
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
- Final sale, clearance, customized, or personalized items are not eligible (marked on the product page)
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care, beauty, or intimate-use items may be final sale unless defective
Non-returnable items
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Items that show use, damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging after delivery
- Opened personal-care, beauty, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective or our error)
- Digital goods, gift cards, or perishable items (when offered)
- Returns sent without prior authorization
Exchanges & replacements
Review the product page for dimensions, materials, and specifications before ordering. Contact us if you need help confirming whether an item fits your needs. Replacements start with an email that lists your order number and preferred item.

- Ship the item back with a trackable service using the address we provide.
Use a trackable label so both sides can confirm the return journey.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
